What's new in Orchestra

What reaches your agents, dated the day it shipped.

  1. Latest

Your whole team in one workspace, projects with members, and agents you can hire

    • Team: invite people as owner, admin or member. Each person gets their own agent and sees the projects, conversations and apps they belong to.
    • Projects: Tasks is now Projects. Each project has its members, a lead agent, and its own tasks, files, data and apps. You can create one by hand and choose who is in it.
    • Hire: pick a ready-made agent for a job from the catalogue. It arrives with its skills and opens a conversation to finish its setup with you.
    • Use Orchestra from the AI assistant you already work in: connect it from the MCP page, read-only or read and write, and answer what waits on you without opening the portal.
    • Apps keep a version history. An agent's change stays a draft until you publish it, and you can preview it first.
    • Data: sort any table by any column and download it, or a project's whole database, as CSV or SQL.
  2. Projects in the chat, an email address, and the portal on your phone

    • Give an agent a goal in the chat and it plans the work as a project. You follow each step, answer its questions and approve the result without leaving the conversation.
    • Email: your workspace gets its own address. Mail from the senders you allow reaches your agent, or starts a workflow instead.
    • Microsoft Teams: approve who can talk to your agents and choose which agent answers in each chat and channel.
    • Your context, in Settings: tell Orchestra about you and your company once, and every agent works with it. You can see exactly what they receive.
    • On your phone, the portal has a bottom bar for Home, Chat, Tasks and Files, and its pages are laid out for a small screen.
  3. Your agent in meetings, and a safe way to share passwords

    • Meetings: send your agent to a Google Meet call. Afterwards you get the summary, the decisions and the next steps, with the transcript underneath.
    • When an agent needs a password or key to keep going, it asks in the chat with a private box. The value is saved without ever passing through the AI.
    • History: every conversation and everything your workflows and routines ran, on one page, searchable by what was said.
    • Agents can answer with charts, tables and forms inside the chat, and what you pick in them goes back to the agent.
    • If you connect your own AI provider, Orchestra shows which models your key can use and greys out the rest.
  4. Your Garmin data, and apps you can share with a password

    • Garmin: connect your account in Integrations and your agents can read your sleep, heart rate, recovery and training load.
    • Apps your agents build can now be shared with a password you set, with no email, code or account needed. Change the password to lock out everyone who had the old one.
    • If the connection drops while an agent is working, the chat reconnects on its own, so you no longer have to refresh to see that it is still going.
  5. Who can open your apps, which agents get each skill, and Microsoft Teams

    • Apps your agents build: choose who can open each one, from anyone with the link to only the people you invite by email. Your agents' changes wait until an admin reviews and publishes them.
    • Skills: choose which agents can use each skill you add, all of them or only the ones you pick. When Orchestra releases a new version of one, you see what's new and update it in one click.
    • Microsoft Teams: your team can talk to your agents from Teams. Connect it from Channels with a four-step guide, all in your browser.
    • Chat: while an agent works you see how long it has been at it, with its steps one hover away. Answers are formatted as they arrive, and you can scroll up to read while they are written.
    • Files: open JSON, code and other text files right on the page, without downloading them. Text files you attach in the chat, like CSV, now reach your agent and are saved there.
  6. Automations on one page, chat folders, and what's waiting for you at a glance

    • Automations: your routines and workflows now share one page that shows what runs, when and how it went. To create one, describe it to an agent and it sets it up.
    • Chat has a conversations panel: sort chats into folders, pin the ones you use most, search them, and find every past chat grouped by date.
    • The menu shows a red count on Tasks, Skills and Automations when something is waiting for you, and it only clears once you have dealt with it.
    • Telegram and Slack: settings in plain words, and changes that restart your agents wait until you press Apply. People you approve on Telegram now get answers in groups too.
  7. A Tasks board, your agents in Slack, and skills you teach them

    • New Tasks page: give your agents a goal and one of them breaks it into steps. Each result waits there for you to approve or send back with comments.
    • Talk to your agents in Slack, as in Telegram. On both, you approve from the portal who can message them and choose which agent answers in each channel, group or topic.
    • Integrations: connect several accounts of the same app, name each one, choose what your agents can do with it, and see what they did in its Activity tab.
    • Teach your agents something new: describe it, an agent writes it up as a skill and you approve it. Later you can edit it and compare or restore earlier versions.
    • Pick the exact Telegram or Slack chat where a routine delivers its results or a task asks for your review: a direct message, a group, a topic or a channel.
  8. Your team on board, workflows with approvals, and a chat that shows every step

    • Invite your team from Settings. Each person signs in with their own email and works with the same agents; admins manage members and billing, and members get a simpler view.
    • New Workflows page: chain agent, AI, integration and approval steps in a visual editor, start from a template or ask an agent to build one, then run it now or on a schedule.
    • Watch each workflow run step by step as it happens. At an approval step you approve, reject or ask for changes, and the work is redone from the step you choose.
    • Chat keeps your conversations in tabs with automatic titles, and you can rename, pin or archive them.
    • While an agent works, the chat shows each step live and stays connected until the answer arrives, even after several minutes. Leave or refresh and you rejoin the work in progress.
    • A team map on the Agents page shows which agents can pass work to others. Drag from one agent to another to let it delegate, or set it on each agent's page.
  9. A new look, apps in one click, and scheduled jobs that report in the chat

    • Integrations: connect more than 120 apps, like Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot and Notion, with one click. You sign in on the app's own page and your agents can use it right away.
    • Scheduled jobs can post their results in your chat. Ask your agent for something every morning and it arrives in that conversation, or turn any request into a scheduled job.
    • Chat: keep several conversations with each agent and switch between them, and type @ to point your agent to one of your files.
    • A new page lists every run of your scheduled jobs, with filters by job and status. When a job keeps failing, one click hands it to its agent in the chat to fix it.
    • A new, lighter design across the portal. Home shows your agents with their AI model, what is scheduled next, the latest runs and your recent files.
    • The Database page is now Workspace data: search what your agents have saved, delete records in bulk or remove a whole collection.
  10. AI included from day one, a redesigned chat, and voice replies on Telegram

    • New workspaces come with AI models included, so your agents can start working from the first minute. Connect your own AI subscription whenever you want more powerful models.
    • Redesigned chat: switch your agent's AI model from the top of the conversation, stop a reply halfway, retry a message that failed and copy any answer.
    • Send your agent a voice note on Telegram and it replies with a voice note too.
    • Settings has a new Plan & Billing section where you can see your invoices, update your card and manage your subscription.
  11. Chat in the portal, and a place for everything your agents create

    • Chat with any of your agents right in the portal: switch between them in one click and send them images.
    • Your agents can now create documents, spreadsheets, slide decks and PDFs. They are saved to the new Files page, where you can sort them into folders, upload your own and download them.
    • Your agents can keep records such as contacts or leads in tables you browse on the new Database page, and build small apps on top of them that you open from the portal.
    • Start scheduled jobs from ready-made templates, like a morning briefing or a news digest, and choose whether the results reach you on Telegram, go into a table or become a document.
    • Connect Telegram from Channels step by step: paste your bot's token, message it and enter the code it sends you. In a Telegram group with topics, each agent gets its own topic.
    • The whole portal is now available in Spanish, and you can switch language any time in Settings.
  12. Orchestra's first version: your own team of AI agents, on Telegram

    • Set up in three steps: connect your own AI provider, create a Telegram bot for your agents and launch. You sign in with a code sent to your email, no password needed.
    • Talk to your main agent on Telegram, by text or voice message. In your first chat, you decide together on its name and personality.
    • Build your team as an org chart: department heads and the specialists who report to them, each with its own name, role and AI model. Your main agent passes work down the chain.
    • Your agents can browse websites, create PDFs and send you files, and they remember what you tell them from one conversation to the next.
    • Agents can do recurring work on their own, like a morning briefing every weekday. Ask for it on Telegram, or create, pause and run these jobs from each agent's page.
    • Connect your Google account and your agents can work with your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets.
